Chapel Kids Online

Hey Kids!

As we are unable to worship and dig into God's Word together at Chapel right now, I hope you will take the time to worship with us online.

Each week, we will include a few resources for you to continue growing in your faith in Jesus.  Here you can find:

  • A few songs you can use to worship God through music.
  • Sermon notes for kids to download and print for use during Pastor Derek's sermon on Sunday mornings.
  • The Beginner's Bible story for our toddlers and Pre-K kids with a coloring page and activity ideas parents can do with their kids.
  • The Kids Grow daily Bible readings from Foundations For Kids: New Testament.

In addition, there will be a weekly Kids Grow large group lesson through ZOOM on Wednesday mornings at 10am.  Please email me for the invitation link.

Beginner's Bible Lesson 25

Kids Grow: Week 22

The Kids Grow daily Bible readings for this week include the story of Jesus' death and resurrection. Wednesday's Kids Grow Online lesson will include a retelling of the final week of Jesus using Resurrection Eggs. Kids will be encouraged to make their own Resurrection Eggs during the lesson. Please download and print this Resurrection Eggs coloring page for your kids to work on during the lesson. If you have plastic Easter eggs at home, you will also want to have 12 of those ready before the lesson begins. If you would like to enhance the lesson by putting "real" objects in your Resurrection Eggs, visit for suggestions.

Day 1: Mark 15:37-39

Day 2: Mark 16:1-8

Day 3: Romans 1:16-17

Day 4: Romans 2:11

Day 5: Romans 3:21-24

Challenge: "Chalk Your Walk" - Use chalk to write on your driveway or sidewalk to encourage those walking by to...

  • "Trust in Jesus"
  • "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you"
  • "Pray without ceasing"
  • "Present your requests to God"

Take a picture of your words of encouragement and send it to Miss Tanya.
