The statistics are staggering... each year, over 1 million youth are arrested in the US, 500,000 are sent to one of 1,400 detention centers, and on any given day, 57,000 youth are serving a sentence in one of these facilities. Family relationships, community connections, education, and employment are all interrupted and negatively impacted. Led by Scott and Hanne Larson, Straight Ahead Ministries transforms the lives of these juvenile offenders through the good news of Jesus Christ and offers hope and a way forward.
