The revelation of God manifest in the Bible is inerrant, infallible, and unchanging in its nature. Although written by inspiration of the Holy Spirit through human authors, the written Scriptures, in their original form, are perfect in all their attributes.(Psalm 19:7-11, Matthew 5:18, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Hebrews 4:12)

The Bible is the primary authority for the Christian life. All of its teachings, principles, and doctrines are to be submitted to despite cultural disagreement or personal objection. We do not impose our own ideas on scripture, but surrender our minds to scripture. (2 Peter 1:20-21, 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 4:12)

Although the Bible may not contain all that we might want to know, it contains all that we need to know for faith, life, salvation, and service. Although resources outside of scripture might be helpful for growth, the Bible is sufficient for understanding the nature and character of God, along with making the child of God equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 1 Corinthians 2:7-14, Matthew 24:34-35, John 8:31-32)
